SEATTLE/MOBILE – Parfait Ice Cream

Parfait Ice Cream

I am a fan of delicious, sweet cream.
Organic Ice Cream Truck

We have been committed to discovering and voraciously consuming all of the local, independent ice creameries in the Seattle area. We have hit up all the ones you have heard of and a few you probably haven’t. Last stop on the journey? Parfait Ice Cream mobile truck. Definitely not the ice cream truck of my youth (no red, white, and blue popsicles), Parfait’s little brown truck could very well be the most pure and authentic ice creamery anywhere. The owner, Adria, is a sweet, “new” mom who serves up truly homemade, organic ice cream. From the base to the additional ingredients, Parfait serves up cups and cones of delicious hand-crafted ice cream. Rotating flavors, with the recent menu featuring Meyer Lemon, Vanilla, Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup, and Toffee. The peanut butter cups, caramel, toffee, and chocolate are completely HOMEMADE in her little rented kitchen!

Adria is truly committed to her craft, and is passionate about staying local, sustainable, certified organic, and DELICIOUS!

Make it a priority to find the little brown truck. They can usually be found near Ballard, Fremont, Capitol Hill, and other neighborhoods around Seattle.
