ApresVin – Goodness from the Grape
AprèsVin is a small, family-owned company based in Prosser WA. Founders Eric and Lori extract more goodness from grapes after they have been harvested and processed for wine-making in Eastern Washington’s rich wine country.
“AprèsVin”, which literally means “after the wine”, uses the pomace (seeds, skins, and stems) leftover from winemaking to produce artisanal, varietal grape seed oils and nutritious, gluten-free grape seed flours. Talk about a green recycling program!
